OPERATION
The Automatic Door Operator is to be a fully electric operator, Adis Smart swing Model housed in an extruded aluminum transom section (Height 100mm x Width 80mm X Length 590mm) the unit shall comply to AS5007, and have a capability of a max door weight of 60kg and door width of 1100mm.
a) The equipment will incorporate electronic computerized DC Motor with built- in optical sensor for precise movement, high torque for a maintenance free life.
b) The pelmet shall incorporate an integrated and interlocking slide on cover for secure
closure and maximum cover upto to door opening width if fitted to a pair of door . The design shall enable the operator to be fitted flush to the ceiling when required, while the pelmet may be opened fully or removed for access.
c) The multifunctional microprocessor control unit shall feature the following:
- Self-calibrating and programmable modes.
- Fully compensates door weight and friction therefore delivering the optimum force for efficient operation.
- Open and closing speed control.
- Brake control: preventing the doors from slamming shut.
d) During a power failure door will revert to acting as a hydraulic door closer to comply with fire regulations.
e) Adjustable hydraulic closing force of 20 – 60 Nm on a pushing arm system an 8 – 30 Nm on a slide arm (pulling) system.
f) Adjustable drive arms to suit both push or pull type applications.
SAFETY SENSOR
The impact hazard area in front of the closing door shall be covered by a transom mounted safety presence sensor, this sensor shall project a sensing field of 100 mm wide x 70mm deep from the face of the door, if activate the door shall stop and reverse to prevent collision of the door with persons in the doors path.

INSTALLATION
The operator shall be installed by the manufacturer or the authorized service agent.
WARRANTY
All Geze units are covered by a 2-year parts warranty and a 12 month labour warranty, an extended warranty plan is available through an optional maintenance agreement.
