SERVICE/MAINTENANCE/INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN – AUTOMATIC DOORS!

ADIS Automatic Doors, a leading manufacturer in the Automatic Door industry, is seeking an enthusiastic individual with excellent customer skills and a strong work ethic to join our service team as an Automatic Door Technician. While previous experience is desirable, it is not a requirement.
Responsibilities
As an Automatic Door Technician, your responsibilities will include the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and servicing of both sliding and swinging pedestrian automatic doors.
We provide a fully maintained company vehicle, a mobile phone, and all the necessary tools to support you in your work.
Qualifications
An ideal candidate would possess a solid mechanical aptitude and a trade background, with previous experience being advantageous.
Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia, hold a current NSW driver’s license, and consent to participate in a National Criminal Record Check.

Touchless Door Activation Solutions
A unique low-profile touch-less switch is a touch-free sensor utilising capacitive proximity technology. Upon activation, the aesthetically pleasing backlight design will change colour from white to green with an optional audible beep. A mechanical override function also supports the touch-less switch in the event of power or electronic failure.
ADIS wave switch also offers a selectable open time between 1~15 seconds and a typical detection zone setting of 25~50mm for different installation environments to reduce unwanted activations.
